Using the ‘SPACE’ method, this process can be applied for almost any area of your home…
1. SORT
Sort & categorize items, grouping them into like piles. This will help you to see just how much of each item you have & how you can minimize.
2. PURGE
Once we have our categories of Keep, Donate, Sell or Discard, we remove the unwanted items from the space. Donations can be managed or arrangements can be made for items to be discarded.
3. ASSIGN
Assessing what space we have to work with, we assign zones for items to live taking into consideration the frequency of use & items less used.
4.CONTAIN
Using containers, baskets or bins we create a designated home for everything & label.
5. EVALUATE
Evaluate your zones ensuring you can clearly identify & locate your items easily.
